what's on for yrna?

Through the 2024 YRNA Fun Run we have been able to raise over $30,000, which has been used to support our programs. These
include the introduction of our school based peer-support programs and our event mental health first aid.

Schools
Our school based programs continue to grow, and thanks to the support of our generous donors, we are able to provide these programs completely free to over 10,000 school-aged children around the state. By providing these programs for free, basic knowledge around 'how to help a friend' becomes feasible and easily accessible.

Mental Health First Aid - Event Response
Our event mental health support program was rolled-out at Schoolies 24 as an Australian first program. YRNA supported graduates by training over 20 volunteers, and positioning teams across 11 events and 7 nightclubs on the Gold Coast, safeguarding over 15,000 attendees over 14 days. The program was an enormous success which will be developed further in 2025.

Supporting you and those around you

Whether you want to understand more about how you're feeling and find ways to feel better, or you want to support someone who's struggling, we
can help.
